My mods aren’t working in the new update. I’ve updated my mods and I don’t know how else to fix it. Any ideas?

I’m so happy, the skintones for indigineous and asian people were so under represented and black skintones were just so awful in variety and quality before this update

Idk if my mods are causing this but when I use the new skin tones in the game my sim’s skin has question marks around it and looks black and white 😭 It also doesn’t let me save my sims to my library anymore...

it would be awesome if the sims could add to cas an update with like a massive overhaul of hair like the skin tone update also an option to choose hair texture within styles? so you pick a style and then choose straight, wavy, curly, kinky, braided or dreaded and with bangs and dye like the tips or roots or streaks also with eyes not my idea just putting it out there

Sims 4 genes be like: mother is black, father is white, daughter is Asian, son is middle eastern.

10 years late but at LEAST it's finally here for both PC and console users. We should still keep pushing for a better base game though. The Sims community has been asking for this for YEARS and now that EA finally woke up we should strike the iron while it's hot

in all honesty, i think the game developers were rushed to release the game, when it was, infact, incomplete, and they knew this. Sims without toddlers and pools? even when it first came out, and you looked at world view, all the houses were grey. They were forced to release it before it was complete.

Wish they did the slides for hair colour I can never make myself because my hair is dirty blonde so I never know if I should go for brown or light blonde hair in sims it’s just never it :/

I had no idea this was gonna be a thing. THANK YOU FOR THIS!! I always HATE making myself and my family on sims. I love making people I know and play out scenarios on the came and I always get sad on how my white friends and family members look cause it’s catered to that race. I’m so excited to see what everyone will really look like on the sims. Bout to go update the game now and play all night.

I don’t think I’d create a black sim sense I don’t want to black fish or seem racist cause I’m real pale but it seems real cool that they did this and I applaud it! and they deserve praise for this for sure for sure 🥰 it’s honestly amazing for them to incorporate minority’s as well sense they hardly get recognition now they do! It’s a good start :)! it’s honestly life changing ^_^!

I never even realised how lacking sims 4 is. I can't believe this was such a small update for them to make and yet they took so long to even hear the people that literally are paying their bills. Maybe people like me will come back to the game seeing significant changes done to cooperate with the community. I feel like this could be the start of something good, however i'm afraid this is their good deed for positive publicity after which they go back to the old ways for another 3 years.

I have been trying to update my sims game for the past hour in order to access the new skin tones update, but for some reason every time I repair my game or update it , I open up my sims game to see nothing has changed. I have already changed automatic updates to off mode. Anyone happen to know how to help me? I’m desperate 😬😬

Things I think they should also add:
-Better hair colours
-Better eye colours
-Tweens (I really hate how they go from children to almost adults)

Ebonix' hair is very high poly so I cant use most of it in my game :(

And omg the new girls child hair with braided ponytail and edges is so freakin pretty I’m use it for every child girl I make

I made sims with the new update I felt so happy they were the cutest sims I ever made without cc the skin was actually good and the fact that I could make the lipsticks brighter or darker to match the skin was so cool

omg anyone help ? so basically since the update everytime I open the sims it says my mods have been disabled due to the fact that it may cause conflict with the update so now Idk what to do it basically took all my mods out the game but I still have them in my files :/
