I've been in second life off and off for over 9 years. There is a huge learning curve especially when things are changing so rapidly with mesh bodies, mesh heads, baked on mesh clothing, etc. If anyone needs any help let me know. It can be so much fun especially when stuck at home during a pandemic.

Been playing second life for 6 years and just recently saw some vids about the Sims4. Personally I prefer how the avatars in Sims4 move, I don't have to always run into objects, wall, door jams, furniture..etc., instead you do indeed click a spot where you want the Sims4 avatar to go and they walk through there no bumping into anything. Also the avatars in Sims4 have free will and can move around on their own. Building in Sims4 is easier as well. The avatars are not nearly as well rendered as what can be done in Second Life, ditto for homes, objects etc. There's pro and cons to both.

The surveys Seraphim does every year keeps track. Legacy is pretty popular too though. Kupra's the new one on the map for people who wanna be XXXTRA THICC.

Okay so Carmen you’re probably not gonna see this but I just got a new pc so I can play the sims and I bought it on origin for I think 4 dollars cause a sale but I got cc and most of it doesn’t work I remember I downloaded about 300 cc things and it didn’t work so I wiped my folder and I started over and barely any cc works I downloaded like 60 hairs and only one works and I’ve been cc shopping for hours and most of it doesn’t work so if you reply with how to fix it or where to shop that would mean a lot❤️

I been in second life for 16 years you can get alot of free stuff. The Free Dove has everything you need for free. Just join thier group. also go on market place and search for gifts you can find free stuff that is nice that way too.

You can get a decent Free body that is BOM compatible and works with most clothes, and you can get alot of free clothes at stores that are free to join ^^
its a decent set up for newbies till they can afford a nicer body and so on

Second life is a social experiment. It's everything you can't do in real life. I've played since the beginning and a lot has change but the base is the same. Just be careful it can take over your real life.
