My mom had me and my sister, she has allot of extra skin and stretch marks and tries everything to remove them, she has lost about 60 pounds in maybe 3 years and weighs 134 while I weigh 140 at 11 years old. She works out all the time to try to “remove her extra skin and stretch marks” I think that for her height and age 134 is a very healthy weight especially because she has a curvyer body.

As a kid I was severely underweight and my family made fun of me all the time. So I ended up getting severely overweight and it yielded the same reaction from my family. I couldn’t lose the weight I gained and I actually hated myself because of it, I never took pictures for that reason. Until my current boyfriend helped me make peace with how I look and helped me love myself. Now my phone is literally filled with pictures of myself being miss baddie.
I feel really sentimental. But you’re the perfect baddie in the world. 👑💕

Same girl at 10 yrs old getting ready for volleyball game i was changing and i was like wth are these marks on my hips then 12 -13 just stretchmarks all over my butt on the beck of my legs and some on my little teenie b00bs lol and of course cellulite under my butt on back of thighs and on side of thighs when u sit down and i hated them and i felt gross and ugly but they are all faded. Some gone completely and some are just super white now like if i bleached them lol so dont worry young girls out there, they will fade.. Im 23 now

I’m a little chubby for my age and my dad had said something about how he doesn’t like big butts and stuff like that.. which made me feel horrible. But this shows me that I shouldn’t be ashamed of my body.

A long time ago I use to hate Carmen because I thought she was the type of girl that hated people that weren't like her. You know- Fair skin, girly, beautiful, skinny.
But im going through the same insecurities she did and I'm a little disappointed in myself that I judged carmen like that.
I just instantly avoid girls like Carmen because I always think they would bully people like me. :/ Let it be my insecurities or my anxiety I'm just kinda scared of people like her.

This is why I love sims 4. Other games where you can create avatars, especially these online ones, always make huge hips, big thighs, big boobs, big lips, small waist. And I hate it. Because 99,5% of girls does that. And because I was not "gifted" with curves, I like to make my avatar to look like me - skinny, tall, with flat ass and really small boobs, normal lips. (No, my boobs probably won't grow any bigger because I'm 20, I'll be 21 in few months). Why I hated imvu, is that I made my character to have a smaller chest, but most shirts would literally make her boobs much bigger and I apsolutely hated it. And because all of that is being idolised, I get teased for being flat and I can't do anything about my figure (I was born with a fast metabolism, growing on weight is one of the biggest challenges for me)

Im a 4'11, petite girl and look younger than I am. I never broke a hundred pounds. I was always 86-92. In high school I had NO curves. Flat as a board, felt ugly, was told I was built like a 12 year old boy, and my self esteem crumbled. I just graduated college and I gained 15-20lbs in three years. (I'm about 107-109 now) One morning I woke up and my 0 jeans didn't fit, 1s didn't fit. I fit into a size 3 now. My hips are a little wider but im comfortable in my skin. I should have been comfortable from the beginning, but like you mentioned it's hard

I love this video because of how it reps body positivity. I grew into an adult body quickly when I was not even a teen yet, I was in the 8th grade with c cups. Now I am in the 9th with double Ds, so you can see how quickly they grew. Because they did this so fast, my skin didn't have time to stretch slowly so it tore the tissue which caused my stretch marks all over my boobs. There are also some on my thighs, the underside of my knees, my arms, and a few that have just popped up on my stomach.

This video is so incredibly relatable to how I felt when I was growing and discovering stretch marks on my body; hearing the part about the lemon and sugar at twelve and being hot in summer because of not wanting to wear shorts and skirts, that really hit home.
